To achieve the balance between the tourism development and environmental conservation, some new regulations will be implemented around Autumn in 2022; the Niseko area’s master plan is to keep the resort area sustainable with the base of beautiful natures and improvement of infrastructure of existing installments in the town.

The implementation work has been under discussion and there will be some slight effect on building regulations at different zones. We will update with the newest versions soon!
