Robert has lived in Hokkaido for 28 years now and has been able to use his local knowledge to source cheap and valueable land, resulting in handsome and often rapid profits for his clients.
He has been dealing in real estate for the last 15 years and splits his time between Sapporo, Niseko and Rusutsu areas, and has invested himself substantially in all 3 areas.
Presently he is particularly focused on the Rusutsu area , which is primed to boom in the way Niseko did 10 years previously.
