Niseko Investments was established in 2019 after owner and director Robert Holmes had spent 15 years building his career as a specialist real estate agent for foreign investors in Hokkaido.
Having lived in Hokkaido for 33 years, Robert has developed a deep understanding of the local market and culture.
He has consistently leveraged this local insight to identify undervalued yet high-potential land, generating attractive – and often rapid – returns for his clients.
Over the course of his career, Robert has been actively involved in real estate across Sapporo, Niseko, and Rusutsu, and he has personally invested significantly in all three areas.
At present, his primary focus is on the Rusutsu region, which he believes is now poised for a growth phase similar to the boom that transformed Niseko roughly a decade earlier.
